Beauty of Winter
While contemplating images for my 365 project at the weekend, I was attracted to
a couple of leaves I found laying on snow and ice. "Colors of Snow" was made on a very gloomy, foggy afternoon. "Iced Gold" was almost floating down the pathway in the ice water runoff, but the leaf stem was still slightly embedded in the layer of ice. I love the paper-like, brittle appearance of the leaves.
